SPARE is a central solution for canteen menu planning and evaluation, proposed by FCNAUP - Faculty of Nutrition and Food Science of the University of Porto, with multiple functionalities that offer guidance and tips to professionals in order to ensure the quality and variety of meals. The platform has, therefore, a huge impact on public health, promoting the creation of healthy and sustainable habits, while supporting the compliance of food safety standards.
